Dance2Heal was honored to be on the front page of the Local Section of the San Diego Union Tribune on Friday, August 26, 2016. Everyone had great fun in Encinitas, attending another hour long educational event. Dance2Heal volunteers spoke about the power of dance, heart health, staying active and finding exercise that everyone enjoys and can easily incorporate into their daily lives. The Mayor of Encinitas was present as well and showed her support for health and fitness throughout our lives. For the final and most popular part of the program, Sarah Ludington, President of Dance2Heal, lead a group of heart patients in an uplifting dance routine. It got everyone on their feet and grooving to "Can't Stop The Feeling." All of us at Dance2Heal appreciate the support and hope to see you at one of our upcoming community events.
